We are seeking experienced full-time wait staff to join our Food & Beverage team in Coldstream. This is an exciting opportunity for confident hospitality professionals who take pride in creating memorable guest experiences, delivering polished service and working as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.

About the role

No two days will be quite the same. You will play an important role in ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive and professional service from the moment they arrive.

Your responsibilities will include

- Delivering professional, efficient and personalised food and beverage service

- Greeting, seating and assisting guests throughout their experience

- Taking reservations and processing guest payments

- Preparing, clearing, cleaning and resetting tables

- Maintaining beautifully presented restaurant, cellar door and service areas

- Ensuring waiter stations and bar areas are fully stocked and service-ready

- Serving wine at the correct temperature and decanting where appropriate





- Confidently matching Levantine Hill Estate wines with menu selections

- Supporting opening and closing procedures

- Assisting with the training and supervision of junior Food & Beverage Attendants

- Working collaboratively across the restaurant, cellar door and broader Estate team

These responsibilities are based on the Food & Beverage Attendant Grade 3 position description.

About you

You are energetic, polished and genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome. You work well in a fast-paced environment, notice the finer details and understand that exceptional service is created through consistency, teamwork and care.

To be successful, you will bring:

- Approximately 2–5 years’ food and beverage experience
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate

- Certificate II in Hospitality or an equivalent qualification

- Availability to work across a flexible seven-day roster

- Robust food, wine and service knowledge

- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
- A professional, respectful and courteous manner

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards

- Australian permanent residency or citizenship
