Action Workforce is currently seeking reliable, experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operators for a range of warehouse and logistics roles across various northern Adelaide suburbs.
We have opportunities available across day, afternoon and night shifts, with ASAP starts for suitable candidates. These roles are ideal for operators who enjoy a hands-on working workplace and are happy to perform general warehouse duties alongside forklift operation.
About the Roles
Depending on the site and position, your duties may include:
Operating forklifts safely and efficiently within warehouse and distribution environments.
Loading and unloading trucks, containers and pallets.
Moving, stacking and organising stock.
Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
Manual handling, lifting and moving goods as required.
Completing general warehouse and labouring duties.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment.
Following all workplace health and safety procedures.
Please note: These are physical, hands-on roles. Successful candidates must be comfortable performing manual handling and general warehouse duties throughout their shift, not just operating a forklift.
What We’re Looking For To be considered, you must have:
A current and valid Australian forklift licence.
Previous forklift operating experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
The ability to undertake physical work, including manual handling and repetitive lifting.
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Reliable attendance, punctuality and a positive attitude.
The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work day, afternoon or night shifts, depending on the available role.
The ability to commence work at short notice.
Pre-Employment Requirements
All successful candidates must be able to:
Pass a drug and alcohol test.
Provide a clear National Police Check.
Successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment.
Candidates must also have the appropriate Australian work rights for the positions available.
