Youʼll join a product engineering team shipping features that real businesses rely on every day.

About the Role

Weʼre looking for an experiened Full Stack Engineer who can take work from idea to production across the web app and API. Youʼll own features end-to-end, work closely with product and QA, and help raise the bar for quality and delivery without needing a formal lead title.

This is a hands-on build role. Youʼll spend most of your time writing and reviewing code, solving messy real world ops problems, and making sure what we ship is reliable for multi-customer SaaS use.

This is an on-site role. What youʼll be doing:

- Design, build, and ship full-stack product features across our web application and APIs.
- Work with product to turn operational workflows into clear, shippable increments.
- Build clean, maintainable UI in a modern React + TypeScript stack
- Develop robust backend services and data access against relational databases on AWS.
- Keep customer data isolation, permissions, and edge cases front of mind
- Write tests, participate in code review,



and help diagnose production issues
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to good engineering habits across the team

What youʼll bring

- 5+ years of qualified software engineering experience.
- Strong experience delivering full-stack features in production SaaS products.
- Solid React and TypeScript skills, including modern front-end data fetching and component-based UI.
- Strong backend experience with Python (or another major backend language, with confidence picking up Python quickly).
- Comfortable with REST APIs, Postgres (or similar), and cloud services on AWS.
- Experience with authentication/authorisation and multi-tenant or multi-customer systems.
- A practical approach to testing, debugging, and shipping reliable software.
- Clear written and verbal communication you can explain trade-offs and push back constructively.

Nice to have

- Experience in transport, logistics, warehouse, fleet, or other ops-heavy B2B SaaS
- Serverless or event-driven AWS experience (e.g. Lambda, queues, API Gateway)
- Familiarity with feature flags, product analytics, or OpenAPI-driven development
- Exposure to mobile APIs or AI-assisted product features
- Experience mentoring junior and mid level level engineers

Pay: $83,600.00 – $95,000.00 per year
