Cranecorp has recently undergone significant transformation, repositioning the business for long-term growth and operational excellence. The Company is now seeking a General Manager Operations who will be responsible for the overall operational performance of Cranecorp. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will lead day-to-day operations across safety, asset and resource utilisation, maintenance, project delivery, workforce leadership, client service, financial performance and business growth.

Cranecorp is seeking an experienced leader with the integrity and capability to engage effectively across all levels of the business, build trusted client relationships and lead the company through its next phase of change and growth. Candidates will demonstrate the ability to translate operational strategy into measurable outcomes,



improve earnings and support the long-term financial strength of the company.

The successful candidate will have the following key competencies:

- Proven senior operational leadership experience within the resources, industrial, mining services, crane, heavy transport or logistics sectors.
- Solid strategic capability and commercial acumen, including budgeting, margins, pricing, contract management and KPI reporting.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing operational excellence initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in performance, efficiency and commercial outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian resources and mining sector, including the operating environment, future projects and key industry stakeholders.
- A visible and effective leader with a proven track record of leading multi-site operations, operation managers, supervisors and field-based teams.
