Ingenia Communities Group in Australia is seeking a Settlements Lead for the Lifestyle Gordonvale site. You will support customers from deposit through to settlement, guiding contracts, timelines and next steps, keeping momentum until settlement day. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will collaborate with Sales, Legal and Delivery teams, maintain CRM pipelines, and actively move deals forward while ensuring a smooth customer journey.
