The Boab Tavern in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead day-to-day operations across our venue, including bars, Bottleshop, bistro, TAB and function areas. You'll coach and develop the team, uphold service standards and foster a positive culture while reporting to the Venue Manager. Ideal candidates have 1+ year as Duty Manager, high-volume hospitality experience, RSA and first aid certificates, and a hands-on leadership style.
