Use your building expertise to help customers when they need it most. HomeRepair is seeking experienced Home Assessors, Building Assessors and insurance repair professionals to join our growing team across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

We're also keen to hear from trade-qualified builders, carpenters, estimators and site supervisors looking to transition into assessment work.

In this role, you'll inspect residential property damage, scope repairs, prepare estimates and work closely with customers and repair partners to deliver quality outcomes following an insurance claim.

What You'll Be Doing

- Conduct on-site property inspections
- Assess damage and determine repair requirements
- Prepare repair scopes and estimates
- Engage with customers, trades and repair partners
- Manage a portfolio of residential insurance claims
- Ensure repairs align with relevant building standards and compliance requirements

What You'll Bring

Highly Regarded

- Home Assessor or Building Assessor experience
- Insurance repairs or insurance claims experience
- Escape of liquid claims experience
- Experience preparing repair scopes and estimates

Essential
- Strong residential building knowledge
- Trade qualification or relevant building industry experience
- Site supervision,



estimating, assessing or similar experience
- Knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards and WHS requirements
- Current unrestricted driver's licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
