Guide business units through workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work plans while managing the accuracy of incident reporting systems.
- HR Systems & Special Projects: Assist with system implementations and employee data migrations, partnering with Finance on payroll reconciliations and delivering user training materials.
- Continuous Improvement & Governance: Partner with the Head of HR to streamline operational HR processes, maintain compliance with Group policies, and deliver ad-hoc regional support.
About You
You are an adaptable, self-motivated, and values-driven HR professional with 5 years of generalist HR experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed businesses, looking to step into a newly created role starting in January 2027. You bring a solid working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Modern Awards, combined with a practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving. Comfortable working independently from a home or hybrid office environment, you excel at managing multiple priorities and balancing high-level advice with practical administration.
You are an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to building trusted stakeholder relationships.
Experience with HRIS/payroll system implementations (particularly PeopleHR), acquisition integrations, or exposure to technical, industrial, or operational environments will be highly regarded.
