The role

As Recruitment Manager, you'll combine hands-on IT recruitment with leading and developing the team. You'll:

- Lead, coach and motivate a team of recruiters, setting clear goals and helping each person perform at their best
- Recruit, onboard and develop new team members as JBIT grows
- Manage your own IT roles, for permanent and contract placements
- Lead detailed client briefings and keep delivery quality high across the team
- Source,



screen and engage top IT talent through your network, referrals and proactive recruitment
- Monitor team performance, pipeline and KPIs, role prioritisation and report to the leadership team
- Bring market insight to clients and candidates on skills, salaries and trends
- Work closely with leadership to shape JBIT's growth strategy, processes and culture

About you

- 10+ years of agency recruitment experience, with a strong focus on the IT industry
- Experience leading, mentoring or managing recruiters, or a clear readiness to step into leadership
- A robust billing track record in a fast-paced, target-driven agency environment
- The ability to balance your own desk with supporting and developing others
- Sharp attention to detail. You get the small things right, every time
- Professionalism that earns trust with clients, candidates and your team alike
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the confidence to influence at all levels
- A solid understanding of the technology landscape and the roles within it
- Energy, drive and a passion for people, for recruitment and for building something
