About the Role

As an Account Manager,



you'll play a key role in managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial and domestic insurance clients.

You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored insurance solutions and deliver the exceptional service standards that have been the foundation of Pinnacle's success for more than three decades.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing a portfolio of commercial and domestic insurance clients

- Acting as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, renewals and policy changes

- Preparing quotations, renewals, endorsements and policy documentation

- Liaising with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and outcomes

- Providing tailored insurance advice and recommendations

- Identifying opportunities to strengthen client insurance programs

- Assisting clients through the claims process and advocating on their behalf

- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance requirements are met

- Building strong relationships with clients, insurers and key stakeholders

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience in insurance broking, underwriting or account management

- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

- Takes pride in delivering outstanding client service

- Has strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills





- Possesses excellent organisational and time-management abilities

- Can manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of work

- Enjoys building trusted, long-term client relationships

- Has sound analytical and problem-solving skills

- Is committed to ethical conduct, compliance and professional excellence

- Holds a Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualification, ANZIIF accreditation, or equivalent industry qualification.

- Must have current Australian work authorisation

Highly Regarded

- Experience within an insurance brokerage environment

- Experience across commercial, and general insurance

- Knowledge of Australian insurance products, legislation and compliance requirements

- Experience working with insurer and broker management systems
