Position 1: General Ledger Accountant | Logistics

Location: Villawood, NSW

Work Arrangement: 5 Days On-site | Full-time

Language: Mandarin Speaking Required

Our client is a growing international logistics and supply chain organisation operating across multiple entities and markets.

We are seeking an experienced General Ledger Accountant to support financial accounting, consolidated reporting and finance process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage general ledger accounting and coordinate month-end closing activities.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial reports across multiple entities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and support external audits.
- Improve accounting processes, reporting accuracy and financial controls.
- Support finance systems integration and reporting automation.
- Collaborate with regional and head-office finance teams.

Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in GL accounting, month-end close and financial reporting.
- Experience with consolidated financial statements and multi-entity accounting.
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards and audit requirements.
- Strong financial analysis and process improvement capabilities.
- Finance systems integration experience is highly regarded.
- Experience in Chinese-headquartered or international organisations is advantageous.

Position 2:



Assistant Management Accountant | Logistics Location: Villawood, NSW

Work Arrangement: 5 Days On-site | Full-time Permanent

Language: Mandarin Speaking Required

Our client is an expanding international logistics organisation seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Assistant Management Accountant to join its finance team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role focuses on financial modelling, financial analysis and supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, maintain and update financial models to support business planning.
- Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify trends and performance drivers.
- Support management accounting and financial reporting activities.
- Prepare financial insights and analysis for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in improving financial models, analytical processes and reporting efficiency.

Skills & Experience

- 2-3 years of relevant accounting, management accounting or financial analysis experience.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Mandarin speaking is essential.

Position 3: Accountant | Banking & Financial Services Location: Sydney, NSW

Employment: 18-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Leave Cover)

Language: Mandarin Speaking Required

Our client is an established international commercial bank operating in Australia.

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to support financial reporting, regulatory compliance, taxation and broader finance activities.

Key Responsibilities





- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and variance analysis.
- Manage month-end closing activities, including accruals, prepayments and journals.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities.
- Support Australian taxation requirements, including BAS/GST, FBT and income tax.
- Assist with financial reconciliations, reporting schedules and audit documentation.
- Participate in accounting, taxation and finance-related projects.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience.
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
- Solid financial accounting, management reporting and reconciliation skills.
- Knowledge of Australian taxation and regulatory reporting requirements.
- APRA reporting experience is highly regarded.
- Banking or financial services experience is advantageous.
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
