Are you great with people, good with your hands, and looking for a role you can grow into something bigger? A well-established supplier of fasteners and construction products is looking for a standout Internal / Counter Sales Representative to join their Gold Coast branch in Mudgeeraba — with genuine opportunity to step into a leadership role as the branch grows.

This is a hands-on, trade-counter role — helping builders and tradespeople get the right product, taking phone and counter sales, quoting, processing orders, and keeping things running behind the scenes for the sales team. Full training is provided, so you don’t need fastener experience. But we’re especially keen to hear from people who want to build a career here, not just fill a seat — someone who could grow into a senior or branch-leadership position over time.

What’s in it for you:

- $75,000–$95,000 total package (base + super), with the higher end for experienced candidates

- Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm. No weekends, no late-night trading, no rotating rosters

What we’re looking for:

- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and a genuine focus on customer service
- Great communicator who builds easy rapport with trade customers
- The drive and maturity to take on more responsibility over time — leadership potential is a real plus
- Computer literate and happy to learn new systems
- A team player who’ll “jump in,” set the example, and help the team hit its goals
- Comfortable with regular manual handling (lifting up to ~5–10kg)
- Trade, hardware, fastener or sales-supervisory experience is a bonus — but attitude and potential matter most
