Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort & Sunshine Coast Convention Centre is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the main kitchen, overseeing food production and service while collaborating with the broader Food & Beverage team. The role covers Sola Restaurant & Bar, room service, banquets and major events, with a hands-on leadership approach. You will guide the culinary team, drive menu development, and ensure high standards of quality, presentation and guest experience across all services.
