Key Responsibilities
& KPIs Lower CAC: Reduce cost per app download while scaling acquisition. Increase Conversions: Turn more downloads into active, engaged users. AI-Driven Execution: Use AI tools to accelerate creative production, campaign testing, and optimisation. Rapid Results: Launch, test, and optimise campaigns within days, not months. Performance Marketing: Manage Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads,



and other relevant channels. What We're Looking For Proven experience in mobile app growth and performance marketing. Solid knowledge of CAC, CPI, conversion rates, retention, and ROAS. Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools and automation. Fast, independent, analytical, and highly results-oriented. A track record of reducing acquisition costs and improving conversions.
