Landscape Supervisor — High-End Residential Construction | Perth

You've done the hard yards on the tools. Now you want the job that's yours to run. This is a supervisor role where you own the sites — the crew, the program, the quality — building award-calibre gardens designed by Perth's top landscape architects. Not maintenance, not babysitting a labour hire crew on a volume builder's estate. Real construction, high-end clients, and work you can point at and say "my crew built that".

Axis Landscape Solutions is a Perth landscape construction company delivering high-end residential projects across the metro area. We're looking for a Landscape Supervisor to lead our crews and report directly to our Director.

What you'll own

- Running your crew day-to-day — setting the week's targets, keeping the job on program and on budget
- Delivering to the drawings and specs, with the high-quality standard our designers expect
- Materials, plant and subbies on your sites — organised before you need them, not after
- Spotting variations early and flagging them before out-of-scope work starts
- Site safety & planning: pre-starts, toolbox talks, hazards dealt with properly

- Taking the job through to practical completion and handover with a clean defect list

What you'll need

- Minimum 5 years' experience in Landscape Construction (not only Maintenance)
- Cert III in landscape construction or equivalent hands-on industry experience
- Proven experience leading crews
- Construction white card and a current WA clean driver's licence
- Confident reading construction drawings, specifications, site levels and contours
- A direct, respectful way of holding people accountable and keeping a job moving
- Full working rights in Australia - we are not offering visa sponsorships
- Outstanding work ethic and attitude daily

Bonus points for

- Forklift Ticket
- MR/HR truck licence
- Experience with BuildXact job management and scheduling software

The details Full time, Monday to Friday. Above-award rates depending on experience.
