PURPOSE

The person in this position is responsible for developing and implementing advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning models to enhance data analytics capabilities and foster business innovation. This role involves analyzing complex data sets using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights guiding strategic decision-making and supporting the organization's business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AI/ML Engineering

- Develop and deploy machine learning and AI models to solve business challenges and enhance analytics.
- Work closely with data scientists to refine and optimize machine learning models.
- Develops and implements machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems and extract insights from large datasets.
- Implement automated model training and deployment workflows.
- Continuously monitor AI/ML models for performance and effectiveness.




- Optimizes models for performance scalability and accuracy considering factors like computational resources and memory constraints.
- Collaborates with SITA Global Services units to integrate AI/ML models into existing systems or develop recent applications Data Science
- Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns trends and actionable insights.
- Develop predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Collaborate with PSOs to align data insights with strategic objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to optimize decision-making.
- Researches and implements cutting-edge techniques and tools in machine learning/deep learning/artificial intelligence to make data analysis more efficient
- Identifies trends and patterns and generates insights across SGS.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years of experience in a data analytics or similar environment.

Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferably in Computer Science IT Engineering Mathematics or similar.
