1. Commercial Legal Counsel – Consumer & Regulatory | 12-Month Contract

Seeking a lawyer with approximately 5 years PQE and experience advising within a heavily regulated industry.

- Solid Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and consumer protection experience
- Advising on advertising, marketing, customer communications and product launches
- Providing practical, commercially focused advice to business stakeholders

2. Commercial Legal Counsel – Technology & Sourcing | 6-Month Contract Seeking a lawyer with approximately 5 years PQE and strong technology and commercial contracting experience.

- Drafting and negotiating complex technology sourcing and supplier agreements
- Advising on commercial partnerships, sponsorships and product arrangements
- Supporting product launches, terms and conditions and ongoing product initiatives
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work autonomously

3. Senior Legal Counsel – Enterprise & Government Contracting | 12 Month Contract Seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to support complex enterprise and corporate customer arrangements.

- Drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements




- Experience with government contracting and procurement highly desirable
- Exposure to banking, financial services or major enterprise customers advantageous
- Strong stakeholder engagement, commercial negotiation and risk management skills

4. Senior Legal Counsel – Digital Infrastructure | Permanent An opportunity for a commercially focused lawyer to support complex infrastructure transactions and strategic commercial arrangements.

- Strong commercial contracting and transaction structuring experience
- Exposure to telecommunications, fibre networks, subsea cables or digital infrastructure highly regarded
- Ability to negotiate and manage multiple complex commercial transactions
- Pragmatic approach to risk, excellent stakeholder management and a solutions-focused mindset
