We are searching for a motivated individual to join our Sydney office as a legal recruitment consultant. You will be working alongside some of the leading consultants in the APAC legal search market, in one of the world’s leading legal recruitment companies.

About the role The role offers outstanding career progression and the opportunity to work on high-profile mandates in a collaborative environment.

We are looking for ambitious, commercially minded people who are comfortable spending a significant amount of time both on the phone and meeting in person, building relationships and developing business.

On a day-to-day basis, you will engage law firm clients to secure and then undertake recruitment assignments by sourcing qualified legal professionals in a ‘full 360’ recruitment process.

This role is to work in our market-leading private practice team. The team works for a range of Australian and international law firms and operates at the very top end of the market.





With access to some of the very best relationships across the market and real-time training that is second to none, this is a rare and truly exciting opportunity.

You need to:

- While legal recruitment experience is preferred, it’s not a prerequisite; most importantly, we're looking for a growth-mindset attitude, resilience, communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- Be interested in developing your career in the recruitment industry and have an appetite to be part of an ambitious and growing enterprise.
- Maintain a ferocious work ethic and exhibit tenacity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoy building relationships and be passionate about working in a team-based, skilled, and high-performance culture that rewards, recognises and celebrates success.
- Have the right to work in Australia, although sponsorship may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
