James Milson Village is seeking caring and enthusiastic volunteers to support and engage with residents in our aged care communities located in North Sydney and Woolwich.

As a Volunteer Companion, you'll help create meaningful moments for residents through conversation, social interaction, and participation in lifestyle activities. Your time and friendship can have a lasting impact on someone's day.

### Volunteer Duties

- Spend one-on-one time with residents
- Assist with social and recreational activities
- Support group events, games, and outings
- Encourage participation and social connection
- Share hobbies, skills, or interests with residents
- Provide companionship to residents who may feel isolated

### About You

- Friendly, patient, and compassionate
- Enjoy spending time with older people
- Reliable and committed
- Good communication skills
- No previous volunteering experience required

- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
