I Can Read is an internationally acclaimed literacy centre with over 25 years of proven success. We specialise in developing strong reading and writing skills through a structured, research-based system that has helped thousands of children become confident readers and writers.

Our programmes are developed by psychologists and delivered in small-group (maximum 5 students) and one-to-one settings, ensuring personalised learning and outstanding outcomes for children aged 3–12 years.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Literacy / Phonics Teacher who can also support centre administration at our Castle Hill centre.

About The Role

- Teaching literacy and phonics using the I Can Read system
- Working with young learners in a structured, supportive environment
- Full training provided – no lesson preparation required
- All materials and resources supplied
- No take-home work once the centre closes

Working hours: Wednesday, 3:00pm – 7:00pm Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

About You

You are passionate about education, organised, and enjoy working with children and families.

Essential requirements





- Relevant education qualification (Primary Education preferred)
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Check
- Right to work in Australia
- Strong communication and organisational skills
