The Role… In a typical Machine Operator position with National Workforce, you will be responsible for:

- Supervising production processes to ensure smooth operation and adherence to quality standards.
- Keeping accurate and detailed production records.
- Monitoring machinery to ensure proper operation and promptly reporting any issues.

To be successful in a Machine Operator position with National Workforce, you must:
- Have a minimum of 12 months experience in a relevant Machine Operator position.
- Have a sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
