About the role:

BildGroup is seeking an organised, relationship-focused Maintenance Coordinator to be the day-to-day contact for our landscape maintenance clients across Melbourne’s north and south-east. You’ll build strong client relationships while scheduling works across multiple sites and coordinating crews, plant and materials to keep every job on track against plans and quality standards. This is a permanent role based in Melbourne, with three days a week on the road and two in the office.

What you will do:





- Coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations and schedule crews to support timely delivery.
- Liaise with internal teams and contractors to keep communication explicit across maintenance staff.
- Monitor jobs, tracking progress against timelines and action plans.
- Maintain approvals, variations and supporting documents.
- Raise delays, risks and work order issues with the team.
- Provide administrative and reporting documentation, including project progress, compliance, HSEQ and finance.

What you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience delivering maintenance & landscape projects
- Experience in project delivery including administration, scheduling or coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Project and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Commercial judgement across budgets, forecasting and contract obligations.
- Clear written and verbal communication with ability to maintain internal and external relationships.
