We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Estimator to join our team at our High Wycombe Head Office. In this role, you will play a critical part in preparing detailed and commercially focused estimates and quotations for maintenance, repairs, component changeouts, equipment rebuilds and workshop projects. Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, your expertise will help ensure accurate pricing, efficient project planning and successful outcomes for our clients.

Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Prepare estimates and quotations for maintenance, repair and rebuild projects.
- Review scopes, inspections and technical documentation to define work requirements.
- Develop accurate labour, parts, materials and subcontractor costings.
- Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing.
- Support tender submissions, customer proposals and rental off-hire quotations.
- Price variations and additional works during project execution.
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate scope, resources and timelines.
- Maintain estimating records and historical cost data.

What We’re Looking For

- Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel, Mobile Plant Technology or a related mechanical trade.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Demonstrated post-trade experience within mining,



mining services, heavy mobile equipment or a similar heavy industry.
- Experience in estimating, maintenance planning or maintenance execution of heavy mobile mining equipment.
- Strong understanding of maintenance, repair and equipment rebuild activities.
- Experience preparing estimates, quotations and scopes of work.
- Sound knowledge of heavy mobile mining equipment and maintenance practices.
- Ability to interpret inspection reports, technical documentation, equipment specifications and scopes of work.
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using maintenance management and estimating systems.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound understanding of maintenance costs, budgeting and commercial considerations.
