The Opportunity: We're looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Fitter to join our team in Wingfield, SA. If you enjoy solving mechanical challenges, keeping equipment running smoothly and making a real impact on site operations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in maintaining plant reliability, coordinating maintenance activities and driving improvements to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose mechanical faults, troubleshoot equipment and carry out repairs to minimise downtime.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance activities, working closely with external contractors and suppliers.
- Oversee maintenance works from obtaining quotations through to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Assist with planning and coordinating plant shutdowns and scheduled maintenance.
- Identify and implement improvements to plant equipment, reliability and maintenance processes.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, update databases and raise purchasing requests as required.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with site procedures.

About You: We're looking for a mechanically minded problem-solver who takes pride in their work, enjoys a challenge and brings a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

- Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (essential).
- Electrical tradespeople with mechanical fitting experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience diagnosing faults,



troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
- Hands-on experience working with pumps, compressors, high-pressure valves and flanges.
- Strong computer literacy, organisational skills and the ability to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Forklift, EWP, confined space and working at heights qualifications are highly regarded.
- A proactive, safety-focused attitude with flexibility to work overtime when required.
