About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking maintenance / handyperson to join our team.



This position is ideal for someone with a solid work ethic who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and functional facilities. The role involves a combination of general cleaning and maintenance duties, facility inspections and light handyman tasks. This position will suit someone who enjoys a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- General upkeep and maintenance tasks to common areas, and exterior spaces.

- Empty rubbish and recycling bins and replace liners daily.

- Perform basic maintenance and repairs.

- Read utility meters.

- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and report to management.

- Support facility-related setups for meetings or events.

- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.

- Always follow health and safety procedures.

To be considered for this position you must possess the following attributes

- Previous experience working in residential or commercial building complexes preferred.

- Ability to perform assigned tasks to a high standard.

- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and procedures.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

- A positive and proactive approach.

- Friendly with great people skills

- Current manual drivers license is essential.
