The Coffee Connection Freo is a busy specialty coffee shop that offers a unique range of single origin and flavoured beans, as well as coffee equipment for home.

Key duties of this role include:
- Rostering
- Training and hiring staff
- Ordering stock and organising servicing/repairs
- Reporting earnings and labour hours
- Maintaining a high standard of coffee, customer service and cleanliness
Our ideal candidate has hospitality management experience and intends to stay on with us long-term. This role offers 3-4 shifts a week. We are looking for a candidate that is:
- A transparent and kind communicator
- Fluent in English (extra languages are always a bonus!)
- Organised, punctual and reliable
- Cool, calm and collected during rush periods
To apply successfully, you must have at least 1 year of barista experience (management experience is preferred), a driver’s license and car, and consistent availability on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (we are open 9am-6pm).
Applicants with general availability across our opening hours and demonstrated experience completing these duties will be favoured, however we are open to hiring an applicant that has considerable barista experience, even if you haven't held a management position before.
