We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team supporting our existing site teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, hands-on supervisor with a strong mechanical background in heavy industrial, conveyor, or resources projects. You will play a key role in coordinating site activities, supporting the workforce, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Working alongside to the site leadership team, your g side our established team, you will help drive productivity, maintain high safety standards, and contribute to the successful delivery of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and coordinating mechanical installation activities associated with the scope of works
- Supporting and working collaboratively with the existing project team to achieve daily and weekly targets
- Coordinating labour, equipment, materials and subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently
- Ensuring all activities comply with site safety requirements, procedures and relevant standards
- Conducting pre-starts, toolbox talks, and regular safety interactions with the workforce
- Monitoring work quality and ensuring installations are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements




- Identifying and resolving site issues, coordinating interfaces, and escalation potential risks where required.
- Monitoring progress against project schedules and communicating daily work fronts, constraints, and priorities
- Promoting a positive team culture built on accountability, communication and a commitment to safe delivery

Relevant trade qualifications and current site-required competencies including S26 certification is a requirement About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience in a Mechanical Supervisor role within heavy industrial, resources, mining or construction environments
- Previous experience with conveyor systems, stockyard infrastructure, or large scale mechanical installations with be highly regarded
- The ability to lead, coordinate, and support a multidisciplinary site workforce
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and productivity
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and work packs
- Excellent communication, planning and problem solving skills
- A proactive, hands on approach and the ability to work effectively within an established project team
- The ability to manage competing priorities and maintain focus in a fast paced project environment
