Who are we looking for?

- Someone who is positive, eager to learn, who enjoys providing patient focussed service in a team based environment.
- Solid interest or previous experience in a customer service focused environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is not essential as training is provided.
- Willingness to travel between clinic locations across Perth
- Available to work between the hours of 7:15am - 6:30pm Monday - Friday
- Available for rotating Saturday mornings
- Sound knowledge in the use of computers.

Your key duties and responsibilities include:

- Providing genuine customer service to patients, face to face and on telephone.




- Daily administrative tasks of the clinic, such as telephones and patient enquiries, appointment bookings, invoicing and medicare claims.
- Daily clinic operations including clinic opening, room preparation and clinic closing.
- Working in multi-clinic locations in metropolitan Perth
