Midvale, Perth WA | Full-time | Onsite We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Sales team and help drive continued growth across SWD. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for sales performance, team development, customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. What you’ll be doing
- Lead and support the Sales team to achieve agreed targets.
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting and performance reporting.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Coach and develop team members to improve sales performance.
- Work closely with Marketing and other departments to support business growth. What we’re looking for
