Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Limack Construction Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team in Bunbury, Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing construction projects from commencement through to completion. The role will involve coordinating trades and contractors, monitoring project progress, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timeframes and budgets, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from start to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets and work programs.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and other project personnel.
• Monitor project progress and ensure construction activities remain on schedule.
• Manage project costs and assist with budget control.
• Review plans, specifications and construction documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor the quality of construction work and ensure compliance with relevant standards and requirements.
• Identify and resolve project issues and construction-related problems.
• Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are maintained throughout the project.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates and relevant documentation.




• Coordinate inspections and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Assist with procurement of materials, equipment and services as required. Skills and Experience
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in construction project management or a closely related role.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Building or a related field will be highly regarded.
• Good understanding of construction processes, project scheduling and site coordination.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, contractors and priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
