MemLo is growing, and we're looking for an Memlo Operator to join our team!

Based in the heart of the Barossa Valley, MemLo is at the forefront of low and no-alcohol wine processing. Our purpose-built facility in Nuriootpa is home to advanced, specialised dealcoholisation technology, helping winemakers deliver exceptional-quality wines to a rapidly expanding global market.

As our operations continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated and reliable operator who enjoys working with machinery, solving problems and being part of an innovative team.

The Role – What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the MemLo Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our advanced wine processing facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating and monitoring specialised wine filtration and dealcoholisation equipment.
- Performing general cellar duties, including bulk wine tanker loading and unloading, product additions and spirit transfers.
- Conducting routine wine analysis and quality checks.
- Maintaining equipment to ensure safe, efficient and reliable operation.
- Completing accurate operational records and documentation.
- Working across a rotating roster of day,



afternoon and night shifts as production expands (up to 24 hours a day, 6 days a week).

About You – What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is practical, proactive and comfortable working with modern winery equipment.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Experience in the wine industry and a sound understanding of cellar operations.
- A hands-on approach and confidence working with technical equipment.
- The ability to work independently, troubleshoot and take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
- A current driver's licence and forklift licence (essential).
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts as required.

Experience with dealcoholisation technology isn't essential – we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed!
