About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong expertise in the Customer Service module and Azure-based integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and customising D365 solutions, implementing workflows and integrating applications using Microsoft Azure services.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customise and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
- Configure workflows,



business processes and automation to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Azure Functions and cloud flows.
- Support data integration, troubleshooting and performance optimisation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Experience in D365 customisation, configuration and development.
- Practical experience with Azure Functions and Power Automate cloud flows.
- Understanding of API integrations and Azure-based solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills

- Experience with Azure Service Bus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and REST APIs.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications.

Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be Australian citizens. A Baseline security clearance is desirable.
