You don't need extensive motorcycle industry experience. You Will

- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships
- Help customers select the right parts, accessories and riding gear to suit their needs
- Promote current offers, products and special promotions
- Assist with stock control, merchandising and maintaining attractive showroom displays
- Liaise with the workshop and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Continuously develop your product knowledge through training and development opportunities

To Be Successful You Will Have

- Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service or a similar customer-facing role
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Confidence in recommending products and identifying sales opportunities
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic mechanical knowledge of motorcycles is advantageous, but not essential
- Most importantly, enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a passion for everything two wheels!

Retail sales experience from industries such as automotive, sporting goods, telecommunications, electronics, outdoor recreation, apparel or similar will be highly regarded. Please note: Saturday work is mandatory.
