We are seeking a reliable and committed Delivery Truck Driver to join our client's team in Sunshine Coast. The ideal candidate will have a background in driving and courier services, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery truck in accordance with traffic laws and safety procedures
- Provide excellent customer service while making deliveries
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Maintain a clean driving record and ensure all deliveries are made in a safe and responsible manner
- Lift and deliver packages of various sizes and weights
- Drive with a commitment to meeting delivery deadlines and providing exceptional service to customers
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner
About you
- Valid MR driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and police check
- Ability to provide a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift and move packages as needed
- Commitment to safety and following all traffic laws and safety procedures
- Reliable and responsible with a robust work ethic
- Previous experience in courier services or a similar role is preferred
