Neurological Physiotherapists & Senior Physiotherapists

Meaningful clinical work. Expert colleagues. Room to grow. ? Mt Eliza | Forest Hill | Heidelberg | Narre Warren | Highett

Your next step in neurological physiotherapy

Looking to deepen your neuro expertise—or bring your experience to a team where you can help shape clinical practice? Klint Neuro is growing, and we’re recruiting more than one physiotherapist across our Melbourne locations. We welcome applications from physiotherapists with a minimum of more than one year of clinical experience, through to established senior neurological physiotherapists.

Part-time, full-time or a nine-day fortnight can be considered for the right candidate. Tell us your preferred location, working arrangements and what you want from your next role. We’ll explore how these align with opportunities across Mt Eliza, Forest Hill, Heidelberg, Narre Warren and Highett.

A role that builds on your strengths

Support adults living with neurological conditions and disabilities to achieve goals that matter—from improving everyday independence to returning to activities they love. You’ll build lasting client relationships, deliver individualised rehabilitation and work alongside colleagues who understand the complexity and rewards of neurological physiotherapy.

If you’re developing your neuro expertise, you’ll have structured onboarding, mentoring and practical opportunities to strengthen your clinical reasoning, movement analysis and treatment skills.

If you’re an experienced or senior clinician, we want to understand the expertise you bring and where you’d like to take it. Alongside complex clinical work, we can explore opportunities to:

- Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and case consultation.
- Develop and deliver education.
- Contribute to specialist programs and intensive rehabilitation.
- Help improve clinical practice and develop services.
- Build your teaching and leadership experience.

Your responsibilities and development goals will be discussed with you so there is a clear fit between your experience, interests and the role.

Expert support and space to contribute

At Klint, learning is part of how we work.

You’ll have access to experienced neurological clinicians for clinical discussion, shared problem-solving and collaboration.

Our support includes

- Structured onboarding and ongoing mentoring appropriate to your experience.
- Opportunities to shadow, co-treat and collaborate on complex presentations.
- More than 210 internal training videos, alongside our in-house learning platform and resources.
- Practical workshops, case discussions and company-funded professional development days.
- Access to clinicians who teach at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Uncapped professional development contributions for short courses, lectures and workshops.

For senior clinicians, this means opportunities to keep extending your own practice while sharing your knowledge and contributing ideas.

Why join Klint?

- Above-award remuneration reflecting your skills, experience and responsibilities.
- Part time, full-time or nine-day fortnight arrangements considered for the right candidate.
- 17.5% annual leave loading.
- Career pathways across clinical practice, education and leadership.
- A company laptop and phone.
- Employee Assistance Program access for you and your immediate family.
- A collaborative team that values initiative, respect and sharing knowledge.
- Team-building days, social events and time to connect with colleagues.

We welcome a conversation about your preferred hours and location, as well as the remuneration and responsibilities relevant to your experience.

About Klint Neuro

Our growth creates opportunities for clinicians to contribute to new services, strengthen existing programs and develop their careers alongside the practice.

Led by Keegan Bow, APA Titled Neurological Physiotherapist, our team combines clinical experience with a commitment to teaching, collaboration and innovation. University partnerships, student placements and research collaborations provide further opportunities to learn and contribute.

What you’ll bring

- More than one year of clinical experience as a physiotherapist.
- Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to person-centred, evidence-based care.
- A collaborative approach, initiative and willingness to share ideas.
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle.

Experience in neurological rehabilitation, disability, community rehabilitation, NDIS services or equipment prescription is highly regarded. For senior positions, we’re looking for established neurological clinical skills, confidence managing complex presentations and experience supporting colleagues or contributing to clinical development.

If your experience is in another area of physiotherapy and you’re ready to build a career in neuro, we’d also love to hear from you.
