Human & Co. is seeking an experienced HRBP Lead for a part time, 0.5 FTE role, covering 6 months of parental leave in Sydney.

You will act as the senior HR voice, partnering with the Senior Leadership Team on workforce planning, performance and capability, and lead our WHS program with oversight of the WHS Committee and psychosocial risk work. You will guide employment relations, lead investigations, and drive capability through recruitment, onboarding and learning compliance via Employment Hero
