We are currently seeking one dedicated Office Coordinator to join our team and grow with our organisation.

Key Responsibilities – Office Coordinator

- Provide training, competency assessments and work-related guidance to Support Workers.
- Manage new Support Worker intake and onboarding.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Coordinate and manage Support Worker schedules.
- Liaise and collaborate with Allied Health professionals and external providers.
- Review Progress Notes and perform computer-based administrative tasks.
- Maintain and manage documentation and records.

Registered Nurses (RNs) Are Also Welcome to Apply! We also welcome applications from Registered Nurses who are interested in supporting our participants through clinical care and professional guidance.

Key Responsibilities – Registered Nurse (RN)

- Conduct nursing assessments and develop, implement and review care plans.
- Review participants’ health conditions and provide nursing-related support.
- Support Support Worker training, education and competency assessments.
- Prepare and maintain clinical documentation.
- Manage incidents and clinical risks.




- Review Progress Notes and other relevant records.
- Liaise and collaborate with Allied Health professionals and external providers.
- Provide clinical guidance to promote participant safety and improve service quality.

No previous Coordinator experience is required! We welcome applicants who are eager to learn, develop their skills and grow with us. You will receive structured training and hands-on guidance from an experienced Registered Nurse with over 10 years of professional experience.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience working in the NDIS sector.




- Relevant experience for applicants applying for the Coordinator position.
- Applicants without NDIS experience are also encouraged to apply if they demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative and a willingness to learn.
- Korean speakers welcome

Employment Details
- Employment Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
- Location: Springwood, Brisbane, Queensland
