Opportunity for an experienced Registered Painter, with a growing commercial painting company. This leadership role will see you responsible for quoting and managing the delivery of painting projects.
What this role involves.
You will
- Meet clients on- and off-site to discuss their painting needs.
- Plan and consider a job's labour, equipment, and material requirements.
- Calculate job costs and prepare quotes for clients.
- Manage painting crews on- and off-site.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work health and safety standards are being met.
- Ensure quality controls and project timelines are met.
- Deal with and solve project issues as they arise in a pragmatic and responsible manner.
- Maintain ownership and control of each painting project.
- Take responsibility for the completion of on-site work.
