JK Facilities Management runs residential apartment buildings across Melbourne on behalf of their owners corporations. We look after the day to day running of each building: maintenance, contractors, compliance, reporting to the committee, and the cleaning.

We do things properly. Every site runs off a written task sheet, the equipment and chemicals are supplied, and you always know who to call. Our cleaners are the people residents see every day, and we treat the role that way.

The role

Cleaning the common areas of a 21 level residential apartment building in South Yarra. Common areas only, never inside apartments.

- Lobbies, hallways and stairwells
- Passenger lifts and the platform lift, including glass and control panels
- Glass, doors and mirrors
- High touch points such as handrails, buttons and door handles
- The bin room and refuse rooms, including chute bin changeovers
- The communal room, accessible toilet and carpark
- Spills and anything else that comes up on the day

What you need

- At least one year of commercial or residential cleaning experience
- Reliable, and available for regular days each week
- An ABN, as this is a contractor role and payment is made against an invoice
- Legal working rights in Australia




- A National Police Check before starting, which we arrange and pay for
