We're seeking a hands-on Payments & Payroll Manager to oversee the end-to-end payroll, payments, and financial processing function. You'll lead a high-performing team, drive process improvements and ensure accuracy, efficiency and compliance across payroll, reimbursements, disbursements, and salary packaging.

You will present with

- Extensive experience in payments, payroll, finance, operations or similar

- Experience within the salary packaging, novated leasing, banking or financial services sector

- Strong knowledge of FBT, ATO compliance and payroll legislation

- Excellent analytical skills and a strong eye for detail

- Familiarity with payment systems, digital wallets, automation tools, and payroll software

- Solid communication skills,
