The Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria is seeking a General Manager to lead the state-wide Electronic Monitoring Service (EMS) and the Security and Intelligence Division Business Services. This full time role is based in Ravenhall, with some travel and on-call duties to support after-hours EMS operations.

You will provide strategic direction, manage the EMS team, and oversee budget and contract performance while collaborating with HR and Finance teams across the division.
