Our client is seeking a Database Administrator (DBA) – Raiser’s Edge to play a pivotal role in supporting fundraising and marketing efforts through expert database management.

What You’ll Do:
- Support marketing and fundraising campaigns with targeted data segmentation using Raiser’s Edge and SQL queries.
- Manage data imports and integrity, ensuring best practice standards.
- Drive data quality improvements across CRM and other platforms.
- Work with third-party consultancies on automation and API integrations.
- Contribute to the organisation’s 5-year data strategy, collaborating with senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ experience in data management, ideally with Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM.
- Strong SQL database skills with the ability to build and export complex queries.
- A critical thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to explain data processes effectively.
- A proactive approach to improving data procedures and analytics knowledge.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with business insights and analytics.
- Exposure to Python for data automation and reporting.
