Are you passionate about beauty, body sculpting and wellness, with a natural talent for sales and connecting with people?

We are searching for someone who genuinely loves the beauty and wellness industry, thrives on building relationships, enjoys achieving sales results and has the confidence to recommend personalised treatment programmes.

Working directly alongside our Clinic Director and Lead Sales Consultant, you will play an important role in growing our business, converting enquiries into consultations and guiding clients towards treatments that help them look and feel their best.

This is a sales-focused position, not a traditional reception role.

About Us

Located in the iconic Teneriffe Woolstores, Alive Co is an established boutique beauty and wellness clinic specialising in advanced, non-surgical body sculpting, facial rejuvenation and aesthetic treatments.

- Functional Magnetic Stimulation (FMS) for body sculpting and muscle toning
- Advanced MFU and HIFU face and body lifting and tightening treatments

The Role

Working closely with our Clinic Director, supporting consultations, managing incoming enquiries and confidently guiding clients through their body sculpting and wellness journey.

You'll be responsible for nurturing leads,



converting consultations into treatment sales and ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting confident, professional and engaging client consultations
- Understanding each client's goals and recommending personalised body sculpting and aesthetic treatment programmes
- Converting enquiries and consultations into treatment package sales
- Managing new leads generated through our marketing campaigns
- Proactively following up prospective clients by phone, SMS and email
- Managing our CRM, sales pipeline, client records and consultation follow-ups
- Preparing treatment quotations and confidently presenting package options
- Working alongside our Clinic Director to achieve sales targets and grow clinic revenue
- Building genuine relationships with clients and encouraging repeat business
- Supporting our wonderful team of therapists to deliver an outstanding client experience

- Has a passion for beauty and wellness. You're genuinely interested in body sculpting, aesthetics, skin treatments and helping people feel confident.
- Is a natural communicator. You're warm, engaging,



skilled and comfortable speaking with clients from all walks of life.
- Is confident recommending treatment programmes. You can listen, understand a client's goals and confidently present suitable treatment options.
- Is proactive with leads and follow-ups. You understand that successful sales come from consistency, relationship building and excellent follow-through.
- Is organized and CRM confident. You can manage multiple enquiries, appointments, quotations and follow-ups without missing opportunities.
- Has a positive, polished and professional approach. You take pride in your presentation, your work and the experience you create for clients.

Previous experience in consultative sales is highly desirable. Experience in beauty, aesthetics, cosmetic clinics, body sculpting, wellness, premium retail or other high-end client-focused sales environments will be highly regarded.

You do not need to be a qualified beauty therapist. We are looking for a confident sales professional with a genuine interest in our industry.
