These opportunities are with well regarded firms in the corporate insolvency market. We are speaking with experienced Analysts ready to step up and established Senior Analysts looking for a move at their current level.
The right move will depend on the firm, the people you work with and the responsibility you want next. We will discuss the specific team, appointment mix and expectations with you before putting your details forward.
The role
- Progressing corporate insolvency appointments, including administrations and liquidations.
- Investigating company affairs, financial records and transactions.
- Preparing creditor reports, statutory documentation and supporting analysis.
- Liaising with directors, creditors, advisers and other stakeholders.
- Assisting with cashflow forecasts, financial analysis and trading appointments where relevant.
- Taking ownership of allocated work and supporting junior colleagues as your experience develops.
Your background
You will bring practical corporate insolvency experience from an accounting or advisory firm, sound financial analysis and clear written communication. You should be comfortable managing competing deadlines and explaining the findings from your work.
CA, CPA or ARITA qualifications, or progress towards them, will be considered alongside your experience and the requirements of each role.
