As part of our continued growth, we are looking to hire junior/associate and experienced Asset Finance Brokers / Loan Specialists to join our high-performance team.

The Opportunity

This role suits:

- Asset finance professionals with 1–2 years' experience looking to level up

- Junior or associate brokers, or credit/settlements staff, ready to step into more responsibility, who want to build a long-term career in asset finance.

- Career changers with strong hustle, commercial instincts, and a hunger to learn

You will be involved across the full deal lifecycle — from structuring and submission through to approval and settlement — with clear pathways into a senior broker role for those who perform.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assess and structure asset finance applications to suit client needs

- Review bank statements, financials, and Equifax credit reports

- Prepare and submit finance applications through to settlement

- Maintain strong working knowledge of lender credit policies and processes

- Liaise with brokers, lenders, clients, and internal teams to progress deals

- Ensure all applications meet regulatory and internal compliance standards

- Manage a high volume of applications with accuracy and professionalism





- Deliver a high standard of service to both clients and referral partners

You’ll be supported by dedicated sales managers, credit specialists, and operations staff, with transparent processes, training, and mentorship in place.

What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will have:

- Must have 1–2 years' experience in asset finance, loan processing, credit, or settlements

- Strong understanding of lending processes and compliance or the ability to learn fast

- Either existing knowledge of lending processes and compliance or the demonstrated ability to learn fast

- Excellent attention to detail and organisation

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Confidence dealing with lenders, brokers, and clients

- A proactive mindset and robust work ethic
