Key Responsibilities

- Manage residential construction warranty claims, defects and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate contractors and trades to complete rectification works.
- Monitor defect tracking, reporting and job close-outs.
- Utilise Visibuild or similar systems to manage tickets and maintenance workflows.
- Ensure warranty works are completed within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee operational processes and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Support team performance and drive accountability across warranty operations.
