We’re looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Recruitment team in either Sydney or Melbourne. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their specialisation, build meaningful client partnerships, and accelerate their career with the support, structure and scale of a best practice global organisation.

Together, we’ll continue to grow our permanent recruitment business across Australia. We are open to consider all levels of experience - so if you are a seasoned recruiter or completely new to exploring the industry, we will help set you up for success.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is driven, curious, commercially minded and motivated by outcomes.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Experience in recruitment, sales, business development or account management
- Confident engaging with clients and candidates,



and building trusted relationships
- A proactive, resilient and results-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in recruitment
- A collaborative mindset, while still taking ownership of your own success

Recruitment experience would be ideal, but it’s not the only thing we value. If you have strong outbound sales experience, enjoy building relationships and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
