Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Bellambi. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.
Day to day
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
Hours you need to be free
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
Qualifications A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Pay structure
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
