Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Beaumont Hills Windsor

Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Windsor who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

When you need to be available

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Qualifications A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

What the role involves

- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.




- Pay rates

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
