Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Beaumont Hills Gables

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Gables. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Your availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Qualifications

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Support

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Your responsibilities

- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.




- Pay

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
